At Cornerstone Bank, the safety and well-being of our customers, communities and employees is at the forefront of everything we do. To ensure we are doing our part in regard to COVID-19, effective March 20, we have made the decision to temporarily limit lobby access at each of our locations and will be handling banking transactions through the drive-thru only until further notice. The drive-thru will operate during normal business hours.
Rest assured that our bank continues to be a strong, safe financial institution, and there are still several ways you may conduct banking transactions. How Do I Contact a Banker Without Visiting a Branch?
Please call our locally based customer service number, 479-253-2265 (BANK), or click here to find your local branch's direct phone number. In-office visits may be scheduled by phone, however we encourage telephone communication if at all possible.
How can I Access My Account Without Visiting a Branch?
Our Online Banking and Mobile App features allow you to view account balances and transactions, view check and deposit images, transfer funds and loan payments, and transfer funds between banks with Bank-to-Bank transfer (upon approval). In addition to online and mobile banking, our ATM's remain fully stocked so you have instant access to your cash at all times.
