How can I set up direct deposit?

Customers can set up direct deposit with their company’s payroll or Human Resources Manager. Simply fill out their form and include your Cornerstone Bank checking or savings account number you wish to have your check deposited into.

My debit card is lost/stolen.  What do I need to do?

If you need to report a lost or stolen card, contact any Cornerstone Bank location during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT).  For after-hours assistance, please call (800) 383-8000.

How do I reorder checks?

You may reorder checks online at, or drop your check reorder form by, or mail to, any of our convenient locations.  You may also contact customer service at 479-253-2265 or 870-423-2265.

How do I update my address if I have moved?

For security purposes, please click here to complete the Address Change Request form.  Please print the form and be sure to sign before returning to any of our convenient locations.  You may also send the form in via regular mail; please do not email the form.

How do I place a stop payment on a check?

Please call or come by any of our four convenient locations.

How can I place a stop payment on an eBillPay payment?

Only payments sent in the form of a check can be stopped.  (Payments sent electronically can’t be stopped after they have been issued.)  If a payment was sent via check through eBillPay, the payment can be stopped after the check is printed and mailed.  The payment history will show the check number for that payment. The stop payment would be added in the same manner as for a regular check written out of your checkbook.

My debit card was declined.  What can I do so it doesn’t happen again?

To protect your account, there are daily limits on debit card usage.  If you need a temporary increase for a large purchase, please contact your account officer.  There could also have been a fraud warning placed on your card through the monitoring service.  If you feel this may be the case, please contact customer service. Your debit card may have been declined due to insufficient funds. If you have not opted-in to our Overdraft Privilege Program, contact customer service for an opt-in form. This is a free program and you’ll only be charged if you use it.
