What should I expect from my first meeting with a financial advisor? 
The first meeting is a consultation and opportunity for you to get to know the financial advisor and to ask him/her questions. The financial advisor will also ask questions to get an understanding of your financial situation including current investments, financial needs, and financial goals. They use this information to help create projections as to how you can work towards your financial goals.
